Depending on the App and features you use, we may collect the following types of information:

Account Information

• Name and email address (when you register or sign in with Google)
• Profile photo (if provided via Google Sign-In)
• Authentication tokens managed by Firebase Auth

App-Specific Data You Enter

• Bill Ledger: Customer names, transaction amounts, invoice data, and billing records you create
• Fuely: Vehicle details, fuel fill-up logs, odometer readings, and fuel costs you record
• Inventara: Product names, stock quantities, supplier details, and inventory records you manage
• Trip Splitter: Trip names, group member names, expense amounts, and settlement data you enter

Device & Usage Information

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage analytics (screens visited, features used, crash reports)
• IP address and approximate location (country/region level only)

Payment & Subscription Information

• Subscription status and purchase history (managed by RevenueCat and Google Play)
• We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details — these are handled entirely by Google Play

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the core features of the Apps
• To sync your data across devices via Firebase Firestore
• To authenticate your identity and keep your account secure
• To process and manage Pro/subscription purchases via RevenueCat
• To display relevant advertisements on the free plan via Google AdMob
• To send push notifications (e.g. fuel reminders in Fuely) via Firebase Cloud Messaging
• To analyse app performance, fix bugs, and improve user experience
• To respond to your support requests or inquiries

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers, protected by industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Access to your data in Firestore is protected by Firebase Security Rules — only you can read or write your own data
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes
• Data entered in the Apps (e.g. customer records, fuel logs) remains yours and is not used for any purpose other than operating the App

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or uninstall the App and request deletion, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained longer for service improvement purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data through the App, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Access: You can view all data stored in the App from within the App itself
• Correction: You can edit or update your data at any time through the App
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the in-app delete option where available
• Ad personalisation: You can opt out of personalised ads via your device's advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation)
• Push notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings

8. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For significant changes, I will notify users via an in-app notice.
